I’m a civil and commercial attorney based in Florida.

But what does that really mean?

I help entrepreneurs navigate the legal challenges that arise in everyday business contracts, represent clients in commercial transactions such as stock and asset purchases, and provide general legal advice. I also represent clients in court when they need to file a lawsuit or defend against one.

I am originally from the Dominican Republic, where I earned my first law degree. After moving to the U.S., I attended law school again while balancing full-time employment. When I’m not lawyering, I enjoy working out, discovering new foods and places and spending time with friends.
